Although I was just shy of my $100k goal, super proud of myself to have hit this milestone in my business in such a short amount of time. ā£ā£

This past month I have been fully in FLOW. I've been fully present,100% energized, and extremely confident & certain in my ability to help others start & grow a wildly profitable high-ticket coaching or consulting business. ā£ā£

Want to share with yall the 3 things that I focused on last month that really allowed me to reach this new record breaking month. Hopefully this will inspire you and help you create the same results in your business.ā£ā£

I made it my goal this month to fully show up and SERVE as many new or aspiring coaches or consultants as I can.

How did I do that? 2 ways: ā£ā£
ā£ā£
a.) I invited them to join my Free FB group (exclusively for coaches & consultants) ā£

This is where I provided WEEKLY LIVE training on the 4 Foundations needed to start & grow a wildly profitable high-ticket coaching or consulting business from scratch.

On top of that, I also gave away some free training I've done for my private clients AND showed people the exact strategies and tactics I am using right now to grow my business to $100k+ a month. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
b.) I invited them to have a conversation with me. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
For every lead and prospect I had, I immediately took them off of Messenger and into a 1:1 phone conversation with me. My intention wasn't to sell on the phone or pitch my service.... My intention was to serve. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
I was focusing on how I can help the people I'm speaking with and provide the absolute most value possible.ā£ā£
ā£ā£
My intention was to properly diagnose my prospect's problems... and help prescribed to them the best solution based on their current situation. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
For some, it would be to hop into CoachLab (my premium program) and let me personally help them start & grow their business. For others, it was to watch one of my free training or simply buy a book or course. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
Either way, I didn't care. I was ruthlessly loving every person on the other end and serving them. I was not attached to making a sale, but rather, I was attached to serving others at the highest level. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
I decided to measure my success based on my ability to properly diagnose the problem and prescribe the best solution. And it was that level of service that lead to success in my business. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
How can you do the same for your business? ā£ā£
ā£ā£
Focus on SERVING, not selling. Your goal as a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur should always be to help your prospects and clients make the best decision for them. And if the best decision for them is to work with you, stop at nothing to get them onboard so that you can take care of them at the highest level.ā£ā£

I did this both on my content and my follow-up. For my content, I started posting EVEN less than what I was doing before. Rather than 2-3 times a week... I did 2-3 times a MONTH.ā£ā£

... and the best part... I ended up making more money with LESS work. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
Here's how: ā£ā£

You see... my problem wasn't that I wasn't getting enough leads.

I always had people interested in my program.

The problem was my lack of follow up on these leads.

So rather than creating MORE content that would get me even MORE leads that I couldn't follow up with... I decided to nurture the leads I was already generating. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
I've started filtering out my leads, and decided to focus on the 20% of my quality leads that would generate 80% of my income (for me, it was leads inside my FB group)

This is SUPER important for a solopreneur like myself (as I am the only one doing sales in my business)ā£ā£
ā£ā£
I started connecting with LESS people.... but I gave them more time.

I'd hop on multiple calls with potential clients because it was the right thing to do.

I focused on serving less people... but giving them BETTER quality service.

And that resulted in more sales generated while working less. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
How can you do the same for your business? ā£ā£
ā£ā£
Understand that LESS is MORE.

See your time as valuable and only reserve it for those who are a good fit for you and your business.

Let your content serve the masses, and let yourself serve the MVP'sā£ā£

In the past few months, I was fully focused on Output. I was focused on creating more content... going on more calls.... connecting with more people.... etc. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
This month, however, I choose to focus on INPUT.ā£ā£
ā£ā£
(aka what I was giving myself... mentally, physically, and spiritually) ā£ā£
ā£ā£
What does this look like? ā£ā£
ā£
I focused on giving myself MORE sleep (slept 8-9 hours vs 4-5 hours) ā£ā£
ā£
I focused on giving myself MORE downtime (ended work earlier and started playing 3-4 hours of games at night - currently playing Valorant + Fall Guys) ā£ā£
ā£
I focused on giving myself MORE knowledge and perspective (Read more books, listened to more podcasts, etc) ā£ā£
ā£ā£
All and all, I focused on giving myself MORE.... rather than doing MORE.ā£ā£
ā£ā£
(... and the funny thing is... that ended up getting MORE as a result of that)ā£ā£
ā£ā£
A common trap that we fall into sometimes is that we try to serve everyone (our clients, customers, and family) ... so much that we forget to serve ourselves. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
I realized that I fell into that trap for the past few months. I was burning myself out. I was pushing myself beyond my limits. So I took a step back, went back to the basics, and started taking care of ME. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
I decided to put on my oxygen mask first... and as a result... I was able to help others with theirs. ā£ā£
ā£ā£

Focus on SERVING you first.

Monitor your INPUT in order to maximize your OUTPUT.

If you want to get more done, get more clients, or make more money...

You need to make sure you set yourself up to win FIRST.... before you can actually create it. ā£ā£

All of these things came together and helped me produce my $81.6k month!ā£ā£
ā£ā£
Now, it's time to normalize this shit & set the next goals. $150k+/months WHILE being able to work 5 hours a day.
